Dengan mengakses, mendaftar, menghubungkan wallet, menggunakan layanan, ataupun berpartisipasi dalam program SEAT Farming, setiap pengguna dianggap telah membaca, memahami, menyetujui, dan terikat secara penuh terhadap seluruh Terms & Conditions ini.
Apabila pengguna tidak menyetujui sebagian atau seluruh ketentuan dalam dokumen ini, maka pengguna disarankan untuk tidak menggunakan layanan Platform.

1. DEFINISI
Dalam dokumen Terms & Conditions ini, istilah berikut memiliki arti sebagai berikut:
1.1 SEAT
SEAT adalah aset digital berbasis blockchain yang digunakan dalam ekosistem SEAT sebagai utility ecosystem token.
1.2 Platform
Platform adalah sistem digital SEAT Farming berbasis blockchain yang mencakup website, aplikasi, smart contract, sistem jaringan, dashboard, dan layanan terkait lainnya.
1.3 Farming
Farming adalah aktivitas penguncian (locking) aset digital SEAT dalam smart contract tertentu untuk memperoleh reward ekosistem sesuai mekanisme platform.
1.4 Pengguna
Pengguna adalah individu atau pihak yang mengakses dan menggunakan layanan platform.
1.5 Wallet
Wallet adalah dompet digital non-custodial milik pengguna yang digunakan untuk mengakses layanan blockchain dan platform.
1.6 Reward
Reward adalah insentif digital yang diberikan berdasarkan aktivitas farming, jaringan komunitas, sistem ranking, atau program ekosistem lainnya.
1.7 Smart Contract
Smart contract adalah sistem otomatis berbasis blockchain yang menjalankan fungsi farming, reward, locking, dan distribusi sistem.
1.8 RWA (Real World Asset)
RWA adalah aset dunia nyata dan aktivitas bisnis nyata yang mendukung utilitas dan pengembangan ekosistem SEAT.

2. KETENTUAN UMUM
2.1
Platform SEAT Farming merupakan bagian dari pengembangan ekosistem blockchain dan Real World Asset (RWA).
2.2
Platform bukan:
bank,
lembaga keuangan,
deposito,
sekuritas,
maupun layanan investasi dengan jaminan keuntungan tetap.
2.3
Seluruh aktivitas pengguna dilakukan secara mandiri menggunakan teknologi blockchain dan smart contract.
2.4
Pengguna memahami bahwa aset digital memiliki volatilitas tinggi serta risiko teknologi dan market.
2.5
Platform dapat diakses secara global sesuai ketentuan hukum di wilayah masing-masing pengguna.
2.6
Pengguna bertanggung jawab penuh untuk memastikan penggunaan platform tidak melanggar regulasi negara masing-masing.
2.7
Platform dapat melakukan pembaruan sistem, fitur, smart contract, maupun mekanisme reward sewaktu-waktu demi keberlanjutan ekosistem.

3. PERSYARATAN PENGGUNA
Dengan menggunakan platform, pengguna menyatakan bahwa:
3.1
Pengguna telah memenuhi usia minimum sesuai ketentuan hukum di wilayah masing-masing.
3.2
Pengguna menggunakan wallet pribadi yang sah dan memiliki kendali penuh atas wallet tersebut.
3.3
Pengguna bertanggung jawab menjaga:
private key,
seed phrase,
password,
kode keamanan,
dan akses wallet pribadi.
3.4
Platform tidak pernah meminta seed phrase ataupun private key pengguna.
3.5
Pengguna dilarang:
menggunakan identitas palsu,
melakukan manipulasi sistem,
menggunakan bot,
membuat multi akun,
melakukan spam jaringan,
maupun aktivitas ilegal lainnya.
3.6
Dana yang digunakan dalam SEAT Farming wajib berasal dari sumber yang legal dan sah.
3.7
Pengguna dilarang menggunakan platform untuk:
money laundering,
pendanaan terorisme,
penipuan,
perjudian ilegal,
perdagangan ilegal,
narkotika,
ataupun aktivitas kriminal lainnya.

4. ANTI MONEY LAUNDERING (AML)
4.1
Setiap peserta SEAT Farming menyatakan bahwa seluruh dana dan aset digital yang digunakan bukan berasal dari:
pencucian uang,
tindakan kriminal,
pendanaan ilegal,
aktivitas terorisme,
hasil peretasan,
ataupun sumber ilegal lainnya.
4.2
Pengguna juga menyatakan bahwa aktivitas farming tidak digunakan untuk:
menyamarkan sumber dana ilegal,
memindahkan dana ilegal,
menyembunyikan aset ilegal,
ataupun aktivitas pencucian uang lainnya.
4.3
Platform berhak melakukan:
monitoring aktivitas transaksi,
investigasi internal,
pembatasan layanan,
penangguhan akun,
pembekuan reward,
maupun penghentian akses platform apabila ditemukan indikasi aktivitas mencurigakan.
4.4
Platform dapat bekerja sama dengan pihak berwenang apabila diwajibkan oleh hukum yang berlaku.

5. MEKANISME FARMING
5.1
Pengguna dapat mengikuti program farming dengan mengunci SEAT Token pada paket tertentu yang tersedia di platform.
5.2
Setiap paket farming dapat memiliki:
minimum farming,
maksimum farming,
lock period,
sistem reward,
sistem referral,
benefit ekosistem,
serta struktur bonus berbeda.
5.3
Reward farming dapat dipengaruhi oleh:
jumlah farming,
durasi farming,
performa jaringan,
aktivitas komunitas,
sustainability reward pool,
dan kebijakan platform.
5.4
Platform dapat:
menambahkan paket baru,
menghentikan paket tertentu,
memperbarui struktur reward,
maupun mengubah sistem farming sewaktu-waktu.
5.5
Seluruh transaksi blockchain bersifat final, permanen, dan tidak dapat dibatalkan.

6. LOCKING PERIOD & SMART CONTRACT
6.1
Beberapa paket farming memiliki periode penguncian (lock period).
6.2
Selama masa lock period:
aset tidak dapat dipindahkan,
dijual,
ditarik,
ataupun dibatalkan.
6.3
Kontrak farming yang telah disetujui pengguna dan tercatat pada blockchain dianggap sah, final, dan tidak dapat dibatalkan secara sepihak sebelum periode farming berakhir.
6.4
Pengguna memahami bahwa smart contract berjalan secara otomatis berdasarkan sistem blockchain.6.5
Segala risiko terkait smart contract dipahami dan disetujui oleh pengguna sebelum melakukan farmig.

Reward bersifat dinamis dan tidak dijamin tetap.
7.2
Reward dapat berubah sewaktu-waktu mengikuti:

7.3
Platform berhak melakukan penyesuaian reward untuk menjaga stabilitas ekosistem.

Distribusi reward mengikuti sistem dan jadwal platform.

Withdrawal mengikuti kondisi jaringan blockchain dan sistem platform.

dan kondisi blockchain.
8.3
Platform tidak bertanggung jawab atas:
keterlambatan jaringan,
kesalahan wallet address,
kehilangan aset akibat kesalahan pengguna,
maupun gangguan pihak ketiga.

9. SISTEM JARINGAN & REFERRAL
9.1
Platform dapat menyediakan sistem referral, komunitas, ranking, dan jaringan.

9.3
Platform berhak:
membekukan reward,
menghapus bonus,
suspend akun,
atau menutup akun
apabila ditemukan pelanggaran sistem.

risiko hacking,
force majeure,

Seluruh keputusan penggunaan platform menjadi tanggung jawab masing-masing pengguna.

12. PEMBATASAN TANGGUNG JAWAB
Platform tidak bertanggung jawab atas:
kerugian market,
penurunan harga token,
kehilangan akses wallet,
kesalahan pengguna,

force majeure,
maupun kerugian tidak langsung lainnya.
Penggunaan platform sepenuhnya menjadi tanggung jawab pengguna.

13. PEMELIHARAAN & PEMBARUAN SISTEM
Platform dapat sewaktu-waktu melakukan:

Beberapa layanan dapat sementara tidak tersedia selama proses berlangsung.

14. PENANGGUHAN & PENGHAPUSAN AKUN
Platform berhak melakukan:
suspend akun,
pembatasan akses,
penghentian layanan,
pembekuan reward,
maupun penghapusan akun

money laundering,
pelanggaran aturan,
eksploitasi sistem,
penggunaan dana ilegal,
ataupun tindakan yang merugikan ekosistem.

16. DISCLAIMER

Seluruh reward, bonus, utilitas, dan perkembangan ekosistem bersifat dinamis mengikuti:
kondisi market,
perkembangan teknologi,
pertumbuhan jaringan,

Welcome to the SEAT Farming Platform (“Platform”).
By accessing, registering, connecting a wallet, using the services, or participating in the SEAT Farming program, every user is deemed to have read, understood, agreed to, and accepted all Terms & Conditions stated below.
If you do not agree with part or all of these Terms & Conditions, you are advised not to use the Platform services.

Platform refers to the SEAT Farming digital blockchain-based system, including websites, applications, smart contracts, dashboards, network systems, and related services.
1.3 Farming
Farming refers to the activity of locking SEAT digital assets into certain smart contracts in order to receive ecosystem rewards.
1.4 User
User refers to any individual or party accessing or using the Platform services.
1.5 Wallet
Wallet refers to a non-custodial digital wallet owned and controlled by the user for accessing blockchain services and the Platform.
1.6 Reward
Reward refers to digital incentives distributed based on farming activities, network participation, rankings, or ecosystem programs.
1.7 Smart Contract
Smart Contract refers to an automated blockchain-based protocol that manages farming, reward distribution, locking mechanisms, and related system functions.
1.8 RWA (Real World Asset)
RWA refers to real-world assets and business activities supporting the utility and growth of the SEAT ecosystem.

2. GENERAL TERMS
2.1
The SEAT Farming Platform is part of the development of a blockchain and Real World Asset (RWA) ecosystem.
2.2
The Platform is not:
a bank,
financial institution,
deposit service,
securities provider,
or guaranteed fixed-profit investment product.
2.3
All user activities are conducted independently using blockchain technology and smart contracts.
2.4
Users acknowledge that digital assets involve high volatility and technology-related risks.
2.5
The Platform may be accessed globally in accordance with applicable laws and regulations within each user’s jurisdiction.
2.6
Users are fully responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with local laws and regulations.
2.7
The Platform may update systems, features, smart contracts, reward structures, or ecosystem mechanisms at any time for ecosystem sustainability purposes.

3. USER REQUIREMENTS
By using the Platform, users represent and warrant that:

Users meet the minimum legal age requirement within their jurisdiction.

Users utilize a valid personal wallet under their full control.

seed phrases,
passwords,
security codes,
and wallet access credentials.
3.4
The Platform will never request users’ seed phrases or private keys.
3.5
Users are prohibited from:
using false identities,
manipulating the system,
operating bots,
creating multiple accounts,
spamming network systems,
or engaging in illegal activities.
3.6
Funds and assets used within SEAT Farming must originate from lawful and legitimate sources.
3.7
Users are prohibited from using the Platform for:
money laundering,
terrorism financing,
fraud,
illegal gambling,
illegal trade,
narcotics-related activities,
or any criminal activity.

4. ANTI MONEY LAUNDERING (AML)

Each SEAT Farming participant declares that all funds and digital assets used are not derived from:
money laundering,
criminal activities,
illegal financing,
terrorism,
hacking activities,

Users further declare that farming activities will not be used to:
disguise illegal funds,
transfer unlawful assets,
conceal illegal wealth,
or conduct any money laundering activities.
4.3
The Platform reserves the right to:
monitor transaction activities,
conduct internal investigations,
restrict services,
suspend accounts,
freeze rewards,
or terminate access
if suspicious activities are identified.
4.4
The Platform may cooperate with authorities where required by applicable laws and regulations.

Users fully understand and accept all risks related to smart contract operations before participating in farming activities.
